Mathematics for Everyday Life, Grade 12,
Workplace Preparation
This course enables you to broaden your undestanding of mathematics as it is applied in important areas of day-to-day living. You will use statistics in investigating questions of interest and apply principles of probability in familiar situations. You will also investgate accommodation costs and create household budgets; solve problems involving estimation and measurement; and apply concepts of geometry in the creation of designs.
